“ They serve bottomless coffee from the local roasters B&B. Also they use vegetarian fed local cage free eggs. They have vegan options and friendly staff. Make sure to go when you aren't in a rush. ”
“ By far my favorite place around for breakfast. Fantastic service, usually busy, nice atmosphere, epic hot sauce collection. Things have changed a bit since they moved location, not quite as funky, but still a great place to eat. The fresh OJ is amazing. ”
“ Great stop on the way to Portland. Great vegan breakfast, meat eatin' hubby is super happy, too. Great service in spite of packed house. Fast, friendly. Eat here. ”
“ This isn't Darby's Cafe anymore. Part of the Three Magnet restaurant and brewery. Went with a large group of 19 people on day three of their opening. Accommodated us all. Food was good. For vegans, they have some yummy dishes. ”
“ The staff are amazing. The Wizard of Oz collection is excellent. The food is good to great. I've been coming here since 2003, and have always left happy. It's closing on December 3, 2017. There will be a new venture in the same space with the same wonderful owners. ”
“ Oly original cafe! Down to earth style place, perfect for me and my family. Food has always been good for the last couple years going. Anywhere from a westeren burger to chicken fried steak...excellent! ”
“ This is one of the best Olympia treats. It's not your run of the mill diner, be prepared to wait a few mins, but in my opinion it is beyond worth it. Just tried out the new menu today, very very happy with the smoked salmon baguette! Additional pics from the chilaquiles special Sunday Oct 22 2017 (mine with vegan sausage, boyfriend had the chorizo version) Delicious!! ”
“ Darby's is an Olympia staple. The food is great. I had my first ever Eggs Benedict here and it was amazing. It's become my standard test for a new breakfast spot to see how they stack up. My wife & I love going there for breakfast. The decor is really nice. There is a wall in the dining room that is all kinds of colors and designs. It's real cool. There is also a slight Wizard of Oz theme. You have to get a hot sauce from the collection they have. You have to make sure to get to Darby's early on the weekend. It's gets pretty busy. I've waited for an hour for a table. But it's sooooo worth it. You should spend your money there. ”
